Stephanie's Work

I specialize in parental therapy. I have found that the best way to make lasting, positive changes with children is to work in a hierarchical order - working with parents first, children second - on behavioral, academic, and social issues, as well as directing mental health interventions in children and teenagers. I also facilitate parenting groups and have led teams and discussions in CT public schools on stress management and early childhood therapeutic strategies. In addition to working with parenting challenges, family issues, and emotional health, I work regularly with couples and focus on increasing communication, connection, and intimacy, while interrupting patterns that aren't working. No matter the issue, I provide a safe and supportive environment to do the work necessary to get you and your family where you want to be.
